I am pleased to announce the formation of Mortgage Delivery Specialists LLC (MDS) through the acquisition of Mortgage Data Management Corporation's (MDMC) Agency Delivery Services, Servicing Acquisition Due Diligence Services and Professional Staffing Services product lines.
I will be joined by Team Leaders and former MDMC employees Jason Eisendrath and Paul Raebel. Doug Lackey, President of MDMC, has also agreed to join MDS as Managing Director. The MDS Team is poised to make the transition from MDMC to MDS as seamless as possible for all of our clients. You can expect the same personalized service from MDS that you have enjoyed from MDMC.
After selling MDMC's due diligence operations unit in June 2009, we felt it made sense to focus on our core competencies. Forming MDS allows us to continue to improve our core services for our clients and we look forward to meeting your needs as you address today's industry challenges. Agency Delivery Services
Bulk and Flow Delivery services for whole loan mortgage sales and mortgage loan securitization. MDS professionals are expert at working with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae to maximize client profitability.
Servicing Acquisition Due Diligence Services
While with MDMC, the MDS experts have saved clients tens of thousands of dollars by reviewing mortgage servicing portfolios prior to purchase. By uncovering critical data issues, the Team can assist clients in creating targeted due diligence prior to acquisition.
Professional Staffing Services
MDMC has proven its worth in attracting, training and retaining mortgage talent. MDS will continue this expertise and extend its network of professionals to clients to meet short term or long term needs. MDS's Professional Staffing Services enables a client to manage its human resources strategically to meet market highs and lows.
