Kent A. Loehrke is the founder and Principal of MDS. Kent is responsible for the overall operations and management of the business.
Prior to founding MDS, Kent was one of the two co-founders and Principals at Mortgage Data Management Corporation (MDMC). Kent was actively involved in the design, implementation and management of the securitization and portfolio analysis business lines which delivered billions of dollars worth of loans into Agency securities.
Prior to MDMC, Kent was the former Vice President of Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corp. (MGIC). In that position he built a team of portfolio analysts and transaction managers to facilitate mortgage due diligence and asset sales to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Douglas A. Lackey is currently a Managing Director of MDS. Doug brings a wealth of experience and strong industry relationships to his management advisory role at MDS.
Prior to joining MDS, Doug was one of the two co-founders and Principals at Mortgage Data Management Corporation (MDMC). MDMC, founded in 1992, became the second largest national provider of mortgage loan due diligence services to a diverse client base including investment banks, hedge funds, mortgage companies, mono-line insurance companies, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, commercial banks and credit unions. Doug was actively involved in the design, implementation and management of the due diligence business line which reviewed over 100,000 loans annually.
Prior to MDMC, Doug held senior positions in the mortgage industry including the largest mortgage insurer and several mortgage loan originators. Doug has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years.

Jason Eisendrath is currently a Senior Portfolio Analyst with MDS. Jason has extensive experience in assisting lenders with the pooling of 1-4 family loans into mortgage-backed securities (MBS). Jason manages bulk and flow deliveries, Long-Term Stand-bys and whole loan sales for a variety of loan products. He maintains strong relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae.
Prior to joining MDS, Jason was an analyst with Mortgage Data Management Corporation (MDMC). Jason recently completed a multi-million dollar delivery of more than several thousand loans to Ginnie Mae. While at MDMC, Jason built strong relationships with clients such as Housing Authorities, Credit Unions, Mortgage Bankers and Investment Banks. Jason has also assisted servicing brokers in the analysis and sale of servicing rights portfolios.

Paul Raebel is currently a Senior Portfolio Analyst with MDS. At MDS, Paul works with a wide range of customers, including Investment Banks, Regional Banks, Mortgage Companies, Credit Unions and Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLB). In his capacity as an analyst, he is responsible for mortgage delivery executions including MBS/PC (pools), cash loans, long-term standbys, and REMIC / Grantor Trusts in both bulk and flow transactions. Deliveries are comprised of multiple product types (seasoned and new originations, ARMs, fixed-rate loans, simple-interest loans, conventional and government loans) and often include multiple servicing entities (multi-issuer transactions) when sold under a negotiated or bulk contract.
Prior to joining MDS, Paul was an analyst with Mortgage Data Management Corporation (MDMC) where he completed numerous delivery transactions spanning a variety of loan products. He was instrumental in expanding MDMC’s capabilities into Reverse Mortgage Agency Deliveries (HMBS, HECM). Paul worked with MGIC prior to joining MDMC.
